Position Title: Business Risk Control & Audit Specialist

Industry: Internet / Digital Content Platform / Feeds Advertising / Traffic Monetization / App & Web Multi-site Traffic Projects

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End Expense Control:

Act as the "first line of defense" for business expenditures, responsible for reviewing and approving payment requests and workflows for various projects (e.g., advertising, content operations, R&D resources).

Establish and maintain project expense ledgers, including budget planning, actual expense recording, and multi-dimensional (business/channel/R&D) categorization.

Conduct expense review and analysis to identify anomalies, waste, and non-compliance, providing optimization suggestions to ensure resource efficiency and adherence to policies.

Revenue Audit & Risk Prevention:

Participate in auditing and monitoring project revenue streams (advertising/subscription), ensuring authenticity of sources and fairness in distribution.

Focus on preventing risks such as revenue inflation, hidden rebates/kickbacks, and fraudulent sharing practices.

Provide audit support and accountability assessment related to advertising settlements and traffic revenue sharing.

Data-Driven Risk Control Mechanism:

Assist in building and maintaining a data-centric audit monitoring system. Utilize data analysis models and business data comparisons to proactively identify risk signals and enable early warnings.

Support the integration, cleansing, and structuring of audit data.

Risk Control Loop Execution:

Participate in the full "Pre-emptive Alerting - Real-time Monitoring - Post-incident Investigation" risk control cycle. Assist in driving issue remediation and tracking implementation effectiveness.

Special Audit Support: Assist supervisors with other ad-hoc audits or internal control tasks.

Qualifications:

Background & Experience:

Prior experience in internal audit, financial inspection, or internet traffic-related business operations is highly preferred.

Internet Business Acumen: Familiarity with one or more of the following: channel campaign optimization, content operation logic, advertising revenue sharing models, account management, traffic models, platform monetization (ads/membership), multi-site operations/content distribution/key traffic metrics.

Core Skills:

Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in PivotTables, functions, and budget/analysis templates.

Data Analysis: Familiarity with mainstream data analysis tools/systems. Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Logical Thinking & Problem Solving: Excellent logical reasoning, root cause analysis, and structured communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Probation Period: 23,000 RMB/month

Post-Probation: 25,000 RMB/month

Growth Potential: Adjustable to 26,000 - 28,000 RMB/month based on performance, attitude, and expertise.
