We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of
B2C and B2B sales initiatives
.
Must have at least 1 years business sales experience.
Monday to Wednesday role only - part time and its 8:45am to 6pm - 1 hour unpaid lunch.
This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs, as well as proficiency in CRM for managing customer relationships and sales processes. Fluency in English is a valuable asset, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.
Duties
You will work on new leads coming through our sales funnel and then nurturing the leads to ensure we raise our current sales turnover from 30% to over 70%.
The ability to work efficiently, honesty, energy and focus on delivering results are a must.
Implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Utilise our CR< to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales or business development, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
