As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled and driven Business Sales Executives to join our professional sales team.
Position Summary
The Business Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting London Espresso's range of products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially focused individual to contribute to the continued success of a respected industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking activities. This includes conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements, and achieving agreed sales objectives. You will maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless on boarding and after-sales service. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and reporting on sales performance will form part of your regular duties, as well as consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in sales, ideally within the food and beverage, catering equipment, or hospitality sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a consultative sales approach and commercial awareness. You should have the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and work towards ambitious targets. Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is desirable. The successful candidate will be self- motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
