We are seeking a high-performing and entrepreneurial

Business Sales Executive

to drive our growth in the

essential oils and wellness products

sector. This role is responsible for generating revenue through strategic B2B and B2C sales, while contributing to innovative marketing initiatives that reflect our brand's position in the natural health, aromatherapy, and holistic wellness markets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B opportunities with wellness-focused retail stores, spas, beauty clinics, holistic health practices, yoga studios, and e-commerce platforms. Develop and execute tailored account acquisition strategies for key industry verticals (e.g., natural beauty, wellness tourism, alternative medicine). Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing the therapeutic benefits, ingredient purity, and sustainability of our offerings. Build and maintain robust sales pipelines, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report key performance metrics to senior leadership. Negotiate pricing structures, contractual terms, and distribution agreements to maximise profitability and market expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay informed of regulatory changes impacting wellness and natural products. Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies (digital and traditional) to enhance brand awareness, support product launches, and increase customer conversion rates. Manage omnichannel marketing activities, including social media campaigns, influencer outreach, email marketing, and blog/article content. Lead storytelling initiatives that highlight sourcing transparency, wellness benefits, and brand ethics across all communication platforms. Optimise website content and performance through SEO, user experience enhancements, and e-commerce best practices to improve sales funnel effectiveness. Analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign KPIs to drive data-informed decisions. Assist in designing packaging, point-of-sale materials, brochures, and promotional assets in coordination with the creative team. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all internal and external platforms.

Additional Strategic Contributions



Conduct seasonal and regional product performance reviews to inform stock management and sales planning. Liaise with regulatory consultants on product labelling, marketing claims, and international certifications (e.g., cruelty-free, vegan, organic, COSMOS). Represent the brand at wellness expos, trade shows, community events, and webinars as a knowledgeable industry ambassador. Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners in wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, and fitness sectors. Create and manage loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and affiliate marketing schemes to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales and integrated marketing, ideally within the wellness, beauty, aromatherapy, or organic lifestyle industries. Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and independently manage the full business development cycle. Strong understanding of health-conscious consumer trends, clean beauty, and sustainable living practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM software (e.g., Zoho), and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with sound commercial judgment. Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Natural Health preferred; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
