Job Overview


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business School Manager who can plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of our School.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Business School. Oversee support services, quality assurance processes, and all administrative functions across the institution. Lead and manage staff recruitment, professional development, training, and performance evaluation. Serve as the primary liaison with students, faculty, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication. Design and implement student performance evaluation methods; coordinate assessment processes and oversee the awarding of grades based on academic achievement. Support student recruitment initiatives, as well as public relations and marketing activities to promote the institution. Coordinate and administer examinations, including invigilation and the implementation of necessary security protocols. Draft, interpret, and enforce institutional regulations; manage the resolution of queries and complaints in line with established procedures. Serve as secretary to statutory bodies and institutional committees, ensuring proper documentation and procedural compliance. Oversee administrative processes related to student admissions, registration, and graduation. Participate in or lead decision-making processes concerning curriculum development, budgeting, discipline, and other institutional matters. Provide comprehensive administrative support to academic departments and faculty. Assess and plan for the institution's short- and long-term requirements in staffing, finance, resources, and infrastructure.

Skills



Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Proven experience in Educational management. Ability to educate and mentor team members effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using education management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Experience



A minimum of three years of proven experience in an educational management or academic administration setting is required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in overseeing institutional operations, managing academic and support staff, and implementing effective administrative processes. Experience in strategic planning, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance within an educational environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with student services, curriculum coordination, and education policy will be considered an asset.

Education



A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required for this role, preferably in education management, business administration, or a related field. However, candidates holding a master's degree will be given preference, particularly those with qualifications in educational leadership, business, or public administration.

Please note that this role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This is a safeguarding requirement to ensure the protection and well-being of all students and staff. The successful candidate must demonstrate a clear DBS record prior to appointment and maintain this status throughout their employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 37,000.00-42,000.00 per year
