The Team



The Business Solution Architecture team plays a pivotal role in shaping how our technology, specifically our SITS platform, solves complex business challenges within the Further Education sector. By blending strategic insight, functional depth, and technical expertise, the team ensures our solutions deliver real impact across diverse customer environments. As trusted experts, the team provide a rounded view of the evolving Tribal product suite, championing best practice processes and guiding institutions to maximise the potential of SITS through tailored solutions.



The Role



As a Business Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in guiding new SITS customers through successful implementation journeys and working with existing customers to achieve their strategic plans. You'll lead on shaping the solution design to meet each institution's strategic goals while ensuring delivery standards remain high. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance on best practice, platform capabilities, and innovative approaches, ensuring the SITS solution is aligned, scalable, and future ready.

The role is fully remote but will require travel to both Tribal and Customer locations from time to time.



Your responsibilities will include:



Collaborate with SITS customers to identify challenges, define goals, and uncover opportunities for improving student lifecycle management through the SITS platform.



Lead the delivery strands and solution workstreams related to SITS, offering guidance on governance, implementation strategy, and optimal platform configuration.

Conduct comprehensive SITS readiness assessments of existing customer to ensure institutional preparedness in-line with their strategic plans and Tribal roadmap.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions using the SITS platform.

Recommend the most effective implementation packs, including sequencing and deployment strategies tailored to each institution's priorities.

Partner with our customers to develop their 2-3-year continuous improvement roadmaps, becoming their trusted advisor, supporting the evolution of their platform usage.

Serve as the SITS Project Design Authority, ensuring all solutions align with institutional objectives, architecture principles, and best practice standards.

Work together with Business Solutions Analysts to identify, develop, and ensure continuous enhancements across the SITS ecosystem.

Collaborate with institutions to support best practice, sector-aligned SITS processes that are sustainable, efficient, and future ready.



The Skills you'll need:



A thorough understanding and hands on experience with SITS is a must.

Higher Education sector experience.

Experience in solution design.

Governance and assurance experience.



It would be great if you had:



Business Analysis - certification (not essential).
