Business Strategy & Operations Lead

to join their team.

This is a pivotal role within the business during an exciting phase of growth, working closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives, improve internal processes, and drive operational excellence. You'll help bridge the gap between strategy and execution -- tackling complex problems, embedding new systems, and ensuring the company continues to scale effectively.

What will you do?

Lead and deliver cross-functional projects that improve business performance and scalability. Step into operational areas to identify issues, design solutions, and implement process improvements. Translate data and insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results. Build and implement frameworks, tools, and systems that create structure and efficiency. Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Data, and Customer Experience to deliver strategic initiatives. Bring clarity and organisation to ambiguous or fast-moving projects. Monitor key metrics and use data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Knowledge and skills required

Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into structured solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and align teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities. Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented, with strong project delivery skills. Confident using data and KPIs to measure success and inform decisions. A proactive self-starter who's motivated by impact and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
