We're seeking a highly capable Office Administrator who can bring structure, initiative, and leadership to our office operations. About the Role:


This role goes beyond routine admin. We're looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day flow of the office while actively contributing to the wider success of the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring that performance targets are met, systems run smoothly, and that the team is supported to deliver at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations Ensure office tasks and business targets are completed on time and to a high standard Stay on top of ongoing and upcoming jobs, following up proactively to drive business growth Maintain organised service records, job logs, and appointment schedules Oversee invoicing and payments Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Support admin staff Support the leadership team with performance tracking and reporting Take initiative to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in a target-driven environment A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive progress Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively A strong team player Experience in the automotive, service, or trades industry will be a strong advantage.

Pay: 12.21-16.50 per hour
