What You Need to Know
In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the Workshop/assets department. This will include the keeping of accurate asset & technician records, assisting with the preparation and running of utilisation reports, workshop document control and any required administrative duties.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Ensure that the Workshop Technician hours are logged on the ERP system against appropriate project
Update Workshop hours on the monthly payroll input sheet
Assist with the preparation of utilisation reports on IWOCS resources and assets
Maintain a Live & centralized system of accurate maintenance and certification records
Monitor workshop-based training expiry dates and support the coordination of refresher or new training courses as and when required.
Input expense reports on the ERP system on behalf of workshop team
Coordinate lift & calibration inspections for Proserv rental units for offshore mobilisations and file certification accordingly
Collate certification packs for up-and-coming projects in time for the mobilisation of equipment.
Assist technicians with downloading test data from digital test gauges and create test charts
Assisting with hose management for the site, ensuring that all new hoses are added to the asset management system and record all certification / test dates
Create and update maintenance orders in ERP system and support the movements of assets on the ERP system
Create and issue de-mobilisation workpacks for returning Proserv assets from projects
Record third party hires and request off-hires for workshop operations
Assist with sourcing goods & services for workshop, including raising POs when required
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these
Conduct all duties inline with Proserv FRESH values
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
Good level of Secondary education including English and Maths
Strong Administration skills,
Competent in Microsoft programs, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & Sharepoint.
Flexibility to deal with daily change and reassessment of priorities
Good interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience within operations/workshop department
Experience with Power BI
