Pathway and Improvement. Oversee and coordinate monthly management meetings by taking actions and generating reports for senior management 2. Data Analysis and performance Assist Senior Management team of the CBU Team in the delivery and presentation of the Emergency Pathways through administrative and data analysis and review. Management and Coordination of administrative service in ensuring current systems remain fit for purpose and support senior members with the improvement plans e.g.
supporting in writing business cases, writing SOPs, creating reports etc. Working as a part of multidisciplinary team to share patient pathway informations Regular validation of data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to prevent breaches and sharing validated data with wider departments to support pathway improvements and address any issues promptly. Taking charge of submitting national and local validations of breaches Participating actively in business management meetings to pinpoint opportunities for improvements and cost savings in urgent care. Directly managing the Band 3 Trauma Registry Administrator.
Be the accountable lead for the investigation of any breaches of targets, and put in place actions to resolve and prevent Responsible for following data submissions: Assault data, LAS data, Mental Health data, and 12-hour performance data.
