An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Administrator to work alongside our busy team at Broxtowe Day Centre. The multidisciplinary day service provides valuable support services to vulnerable members of our community. You will be the first point of contact in a busy reception, both dealing with calls and with the customers and professionals coming into the centre, therefore excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.



You will demonstrate a professional working attitude and a genuine commitment to deliver a high standard of business support, with proven IT skills and competency in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Accuracy and numeracy skills are essential to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard on behalf of the Day Centre Team Leaders/Team Manager, whilst maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) at all times. You will need to be able to use your own initiative, have exceptional time-management skills, and enjoy working under pressure with changing workload demands and deadlines.



Excellent organisational skills are key to this role as you will oversee the day-to-day administration for the centre. This will include collation of reports and statistical information, ordering of goods, management of electronic records and the ongoing management of finances and petty cash within the Centre. You will be undertaking monthly reconciliations, therefore the ability to maintain clear and accurate auditable records are required. You will occasionally be required to visit Bingham day service to maintain financial records and oversee compliance with financial documentation as required.
