The Peritus team is based in modern offices in the centre of Woking. We're a small, friendly team of engineering professionals delivering projects around the world.

Overview



We're looking for a part-time administrator to support the team and the smooth running of our business support functions.

You'll have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, be a proficient communicator with the ability to work independently on a wide range of tasks. You'll need to be flexible and be open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities



Main responsibilities to include:

Managing suppliers including checking and processing invoices

Travel planning and expenses claims

Recruitment and onboarding of staff

Updating website and marketing materials

Maintaining up to date company information eg accounts, insurances

Ordering and managing office supplies

Health, safety and environment checking and risk assessments

Supporting meetings including drafting reports and minutes.

Required Skills and Experience



Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

At least three years' experience of office administration covering a range of functions

Good written and verbal English

A highly organised approach and attention to detail

This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week. We can be fairly flexible with the hours worked but would like to establish a regular working pattern. This role needs to be office-based.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
