We're a fantastic team who have the great privilege of managing almost 170,000ha of land with huge variety and potential, spread all the way from the Scottish Borders to the Isle of Arran. We sustainably produce over a million cubic meters of timber from the estate every year, replant over 2,000 ha for future generations use, build roads and bridges, support many renewable energy projects, restore opencast sites and create new woodland, restore peatlands and manage some fantastic biodiversity sites and species, provide some world class mountain biking opportunities and a huge range of other recreational provision and visitor centres for the public to use and enjoy. Job description




We have an opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our South Region Business Services team. The role will be based out of our Straiton (Ayrshire) Office. As part of the role, you'll provide administrative support to the various functions across the South Region including Civil Engineering, Renewables, Specialised Projects, Visitor Services as well generalised daily support to the whole region.

Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role Experience of organising and maintaining mailboxes Competent user of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook Experience of working to set timescales Experience of dealing with enquiries from members of the public
