Working Hours for this position are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
Requesting enquiry numbers from incoming enquiries
Loading on of new enquires and folder doc management
Checking new account details
Checking new enquiries raised against credit check tools
I.T. administration (folder checks prior to go live, i.e. archived items
PQQ submission support
Download and organise tender documentation in job folders
Complete standard response documentation
support the coordination and progress tendering activities across the team
Maintain tender response data on datafile and review
Organise and proof submission documentation
Check and proof submissions
Assist with annual servicing contracts, renewals
Post event leads, initial follow ups
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years working in Business Development/Sales Admin role
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to process data accurately.
A strong communicator - confident liaising across departments.
The ability to work to deadlines to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with a focus on Excel.
Solution-focused.
Ability to foster strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels.
Ability to process information accurately, quickly, and logically.
Recognises the importance of a team ethos
