We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a Business Support and compliance Officer. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling the senior management team to focus on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and the Active Dorset CIC mission. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and possess a strong sense of discretion and professionalism, with a passion for making a positive impact through Active Dorset's work.

This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality HR support for our employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll adjustments, contract management, and responding to day-to-day HR queries, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
