Role Summary




We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Assistant to join our London team.


This is a vital role, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the London Office and provide essential assistance to the Office Manager/PA and wider Leadership Team. You will play a key part in co-ordinating with building management, ensuring our workspace remains professional, welcoming and efficient for both colleagues and visitors.


The position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives on organisation and takes pride in supporting others and managing office events and socials.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the Office Manager/PA and Senior Leadership Team Liaise with Building Management and Landlord to resolve maintenance and repair issues Manage correspondence (emails, post and deliveries etc) Maintain records, inventory and filing systems Maintain office supplies, stationery and IT stock Co-ordinate meeting room bookings, preparing meeting room set up and organising refreshments Assist with onboarding of new employees - (assisting with the co-ordination of new starters) Co-ordinate health and safety activities for the office, escalating incomplete actions where necessary Arrange compliance - servicing of equipment, maintain Health and Safety logs and assessments Coordinate Team events, socials and wellbeing initiatives Distribute company communications and updates to employees

Experience, Qualifications & Skills



Previous administration experience in an office environment Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communications and people skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work independently First Aid/Fire Safety training (preferred but not essential)
