Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual to join our team as a

Business Support

. This multifaceted role combines warehouse management, business support, and front-of-house responsibilities. You will be the primary administrative support for internal operations, office management, and facilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. As the first point of contact for both employees and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage inventory, including ordering, storage and organisation, and stock counting. Provide administrative support to internal operation processes and company-wide business functions. Oversee office management tasks, including facilities and administrative functions, to ensure the efficient running of the office. Greet, assist, and support employees, visitors, and guests, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour. Handle a variety of office tasks including scheduling, filing, and managing communications. Manage office supplies, ensuring the office is stocked and well-maintained. Support senior leadership with business functions, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with various projects. Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure smooth operations. Manage visitor and guest registration, ensuring a warm welcome and professional experience.

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in office or warehouse management, or business support. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and general office management tools and IT systems. Strong aptitude for maths, numbers, and cost calculations. Comfortable with office technology, including email systems, databases, and communication tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour, acting as the "face" of the office. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Minimum GCSE Maths and English qualifications. Due to the location of the office, full driving licence

Desirable Skills:



Proven experience in using Salesforce. Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and providing assistance. Willingness to travel to other offices if required.
