You will provide essential business support to deliver this work, working with all teams in the gallery to improve our service, maximise our resources and help to keep things running smoothly. If you're successful, you'll join a professional team of creative people to provide administrative support to effectively and efficiently operate our buildings, manage resources, and deliver our programme in compliance with financial regulations and net zero carbon goals

About the Candidate
The successful candidate will have good financial skills, and be able to raise invoices and purchase orders They must be able to collate information and keep accurate and reliable records, not just financial but also to support our net carbon commitments. They will also be able to demonstrate effective planning and organisation, with an ability to manage multiple tasks according to complexity and priority.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential - including spreadsheets, word documents and Teams - as well as the ability and enthusiasm to learn new systems and teach and support others.
The experience below would be beneficial but is not essential:
Desirable requirements that would be useful in this role:
Experience of SAP, and/or other financial systems.
Knowledge and enthusiasm for working in an art museum.
