This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Support Manager to join the Vaccination Programme Wales team. The programme is undergoing a significant transformation to improve the delivery of vaccination services across Wales, aiming to better meet the health protection needs of our population.
As part of this dynamic team, the post holder will provide comprehensive, professional, and confidential business support across a range of initiatives. This includes managing their own workload and taking delegated responsibility for administration and performance management of vaccination projects. The role will also involve working closely with key partners such as NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Public Health Wales, Health Boards, Digital Health Care Wales, Welsh Government, and other external stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of strategic priorities and service improvements.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement available (Bocam Park office 2x days a week)
Main duties of the job
