JOB SUMMARY:
As a Business Support Manager you'll be the backbone of daily operations, providing essential support to the leadership team to ensure the business runs efficiently. Your role is essential in enabling efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.
We are looking for a passionate team member to join our firm to take a diverse role. Above all you must be an organised, customer facing, process driven individual who can learn the new technology quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the store & office and ensuring a flexible, high-quality administrative service.
Supporting the management team with weekly and monthly financial reports such as sales information and cash flow reporting.
Assist and ensure timely investigation of complaints. Report findings as necessary in line with complaints policy and procedure.
Manage all elements of team performance including regular reviews, recruitment, underperformance, sickness, and absence.
Robustly manage personnel budget and other P&L costs, authorisation of overtime, colleague rotas, and processing of payroll.
Stock control, reordering, building new customers and strong reputation.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong management skills in an operational environment with financial awareness.
Experienced in developing, coaching and managing a team through excellent people management and leadership skills.
An excellent communicator with the confidence to build strong relationships with the customers.
Strong influencing, presentation and communication skills.
Uses initiative in problem solving and decision making.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a business support role.
Experience of a customer facing role.
