An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing and Communities service for the post of Business Support. If you think you would be a good fit for our team, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a person with the drive and commitment to support our service with administrative and finance tasks on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will:
Be able to maintain databases and complete reports
To assist with the shared mailboxes in the team and be able to delegate tasks appropriately
Have a proven background in handling financial transactions including raising and completing purchase orders
Be able to support with the monitoring of budgets for the service
Be very detail-orientated with a passion and proven track record of accuracy in record keeping
Be a highly proactive team player. We thrive on a can-do approach to service delivery.
Please be aware that there is an expectation to work in the office for a minimum of two working days a week.
