A vacancy has arisen for a Business Support Officer to work within the Facilities Management Team, based at Hooper Street.
Would you like to work within a team where you will provide Financial and Administrative support to an integrated workforce ?
This role will include general administrative tasks such as minuting, maintaining systems, telephone queries and mainly providing financial support via basic SAP orders and maintaining financial records. You should have excellent keyboard and typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy and also an understanding of SAP, although this is not essential, as. you will be trained on and required to use a number of different IT packages including Microsoft Office, SAP, and other software that is used by the service for record keeping.
This role will allow you to develop a wide range of skills and provides excellent opportunities for development. The candidate must display the Our Manchester behaviours and they must be flexible, hardworking, professional and be willing to learn.
