This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a service that tackles homelessness head-on. You'll provide essential administrative support to frontline teams, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate record-keeping, and timely communication that enables effective outreach and support.
Your work will directly contribute to helping individuals move off the streets and into safe, stable accommodation. It's a role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will have a meaningful, visible impact on the lives of others--and on the city as a whole.

About the Candidate
Admin support will manage a busy email inbox and telephone line, taking calls and emails to report concerns to the service of people who are currently rough sleeping. Calls may come direct from people who are rough sleeping and from members of the public and elected members. All calls and emails need to be responded to promptly and professionally.
Admin support will also provide general office support to the management team of the Rough Sleeping Support Service which will involve attending meetings and recording minutes, updating spreadsheets and updating case management systems used by the Rough Sleeping Support Service.
About the Candidate:
Client needs to be flexible to be able to meet the needs of a demanding service, be able to work across multiple partner agencies and have a good understanding of homelessness and the support needs of the homeless community.
