Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Officer with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day business activities.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record management. Coordinate tasks across teams to support projects and departmental goals. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage resources and assist with budgeting and procurement processes. Act as a communication link between departments and external stakeholders. Support process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements



Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools. A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset. Previous experience in administrative or business support roles is an advantage. Minimum of 2 years experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 33,500.00 per year
