Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data entry is performed efficiently.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Excel applications to create documents, spreadsheets.
Support clerical tasks such as supporting each department within the business.
Managing email boxes

Skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
