Job Summary



Business Support Specialists provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations, customer service excellence, and smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities



Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Handle front-line communications: emails, calls, inquiries, and ticketing. Support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation. Maintain and organize files, records, and knowledge bases; ensure data accuracy. Process routine transactions (invoicing, payments, purchase orders) and assist with budget tracking. Coordinate facilities, equipment, and IT access as needed. Produce routine reports, metrics, and performance dashboards. Assist with project support tasks, including creating presentations and meeting materials. Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
