As a result of the sustained growth in our business, we are now recruiting for positions in our Wealth Management Business Support team.

The Opportunity



This opportunity will suit an individual who currently works in an adviser support role but would like to broaden their experience by combining the typical support role with more variety, further developing technical knowledge and skills, in a busy professional environment.

Working within our Wealth Management team, this individual will apply efficient working methods and strong personal organisation skills to enable them to consistently deliver outstanding service to our clients across a spectrum of financial matters, including investment, pensions and protection.

The work itself is varied and will range from preparing for client meetings to drafting some suitability/advice reports (training and support will be provided), as well as managing new business and servicing across various investment platforms. They will strongly influence the Adviser's day to day activity in terms of priorities and be the key contact for clients.

What's needed for me to be considered?



Have 3 + years experience in a similar role in an IFA environment; Collaborative and a strong team player; Strong organisational skills, ability to manage own workload and multiple workstreams with reference to deadlines and priorities; Focused with a high level of attention to detail A positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands while maintaining an organised approach to tasks; Proactive and able to prompt - using initiative and anticipating requirements; A work ethic that ensures the delivery of promises made to clients; A desire to learn new things and constantly improve our clients' experience; Professional manner and appearance, with confidence to interact with clients and colleagues.
