Opportunities have arisen within the Executive Support Service for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team.
We are looking to appoint to a number of positions for individuals that have excellent organisational and communication skills to provide first class business support services to Children's Social Care Teams.
About You
The successful candidates must be proactive, be able to show initiative and have the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support / assistance to staff within Children's Social Care in addition in arranging, administering and attending to support various meetings as required. Excellent customer services is also an essential component of this role.
A good level of IT competence is required to work with database, spreadsheets and word processing tasks on a daily basis.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with colleagues and service users, including the provision of a reception service to all callers offering relevant support as necessary.
In addition, you will be expected to participate in the development and continual improvement of this part of the service.
