About the role
This post will be to line manage a Business Support team who provide a comprehensive, proactive and effective business support service within the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service (SQAS), with specific focus on Children in Care Reviews, Quality Assurance and Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) services.
What will you be doing?
To manage a team, successfully managing performance and delivering outcomes as defined in the key performance indicators for the above-named services. To work closely with colleagues in SQAS Business Support Child Protection Conference Service.

About you Northamptonshire Children's Trust Safeguarding & Quality Assurance Service (SQAS) are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team leader to join the service. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, dynamic and solution-focused, with experience in Project and Change Management, Team Management Working and developing and maintaining working relationships.
