WHAT WE'D EXPECT FROM YOU;
The Business Systems Support Technician will provide day to day technical assistance, support the deployment and maintenance of both hardware and software. They will also play a key role in the smooth running of core business systems including EPOS, booking platforms, and other operational tools.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to head office and venue teams, responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing issues, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, tablets, network equipment, and other IT hardware.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across multiple systems.
Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot core business systems, including EPOS tills, booking platforms, stock management tools, and staff scheduling platforms.
Assist with software updates and routine system checks.
Support the implementation of new systems and digital tools across the business.
Prepare and deploy hardware for new venues, refurbishments, and equipment replacements.
Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure all equipment remains in good working order.

37.5hr working week
Report to the Head Of Business Systems
It is expected that you will be able to reliably commute to our Head Office
It is expected that you have previous experience in an IT support role
Liaising with all departments of the Professionals At Play business including; marketing, sales, finance, people team, operations and maintenance.
