Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Transformation analyst to support transformation initiatives across healthcare operations. The role will focus on analysing workflows, enabling automation, and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
This position is initially for a fixed term of 12 months with the view to extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Design - Map current workflows (claims, billing, triage), identify inefficiencies, and support future-state process design using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Loop.
Data & Insights - Collect, interpret, and report on operational data (volumes, rejection rates, turnaround times) through dashboards and performance summaries.
Business Case Development - Build cost-benefit models and ROI projections to support automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement - Conduct interviews and workshops with operational leaders and SMEs, translating feedback into actionable recommendations.
Change Tracking & Support - Maintain project trackers, databases, and dashboards to monitor rollouts, adoption, and post-implementation results.
Skills & Experience
2-5 years in business analysis, operations, consulting, or healthcare transformation.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Loop).
Skilled at working with complex data and extracting insights.
Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
Exposure to AI, RPA, or healthcare automation tools, with knowledge of claims lifecycle or clinical admin workflows desirable.
