Business travel consultant - touring specialist - Required for this expanding independent based in the West End. Homebased, hybrid or office based, salary between 38/48k, previous touring experience or production experience is a must, as well as sabre knowledge ideally, but they will cross train from another GDS.
Business travel touring specialist duties
-Manage entertainment and touring client travel logistics ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
-Handling air, hotels, ground transport, meet & assist and private charters from start to finish , providing full dedicated support to all customers using sabre
-Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of role Prioritise work load, delivering within given deadlines
-Ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met
-Process any administrative tasks including accounting queries, promptly and accurately
Business travel touring specialist skills required
-Touring or production experience is a must
-Sabre knowledge ideally but they will cross train
-Happy is you are based anywhere in the UK
-Hours of work can be 9am to 6pm, or if you prefer to start later and finish later this is not a problem
-Strong reissues, ticketing and refunds experience
