Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Collaborate closely with Senior Management to design and deliver an engaging, industry-aligned business curriculum that reflects the latest trends and best practices.
Create tailored lesson plans that address the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of business areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and entrepreneurship, applying this expertise effectively in lessons.
Represent the college at Open Days and Meet and Greet events, interacting with prospective students and providing guidance on educational opportunities.
Comply with all college policies, with a strong focus on safeguarding and student safety.
Deliver course content and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing feedback and encouragement for continuous improvement.
Maintain consistent communication with administrative staff, program coordinators, and students to promote a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Track student attendance, assess performance regularly, and monitor their progress throughout their studies.
Coordinate administrative and organizational tasks to ensure smooth operation of the educational programs.

Requirements:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
Proven teaching experience in business-related subjects at the post-secondary level or in corporate training, ideally with a PGCE or Diploma in Education & Teaching.
At least 1 year of practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of various business domains to enrich classroom instruction with real-world knowledge.
A valid Enhanced DBS check is required.
Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems to enhance course delivery.
A passion for teaching, empathy for students' learning challenges, and the ability to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues.
