Key Responsibilities
Enable learners to analyse their business operations and workflows
Support learners in identifying inefficiencies, constraints, and optimisation opportunities
Teach structured approaches to prioritising improvements
Guide learners to define clear objectives and success measures
Teach practical methods for measuring performance and tracking improvement
Help learners interpret results and make evidence based decisions
Introduce learners to the business potential of AI in an accessible, non technical way
Encourage critical thinking about when AI adds value and when it does not
Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience in business operations, business analysis, or performance improvement
Proven ability to tutor, teach, or coach learners with different levels of experience
Excellent ability to explain analytical concepts clearly and practically
Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and improvement measurement
Learner centred, supportive teaching style
Desirable Experience
Awareness of AI capabilities and common business use cases
Ability to explain AI benefits and limitations in plain language
Experience working with SMEs, startups, or entrepreneurs
Background in education, training, mentoring, or facilitation
