The Business & Production Administrator supports the smooth running of daily operations by managing customer interactions, production documentation, supplier coordination, and goods-in/goods-out processes. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to ensure efficient workflow across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and arrange on-site visits and meetings.
Process and manage production paperwork and records.
Assist with supplier communication, ordering, and general coordination.
Handle goods-in/goods-out administration and stock-related documentation.
Process and organise production samples for customers or quality checks.
Maintain good communication with the wider team to support daily operations.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
Competent with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
