The Sales Administrator assists in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures with an end goal of customer satisfaction.

They will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Working independently as well as under supervision from the Office Manager. They will need organisational skills, flexibility and attention to detail.

Candidate Responsibilities:



Monitoring and answering emails/phone calls from customers and suppliers and signposting to the relevant department.

Taking in and checking deliveries, processing paperwork and updating the system.

Deal with requests for quotation.

Liaising with sales team on new enquiries and processing related paperwork.

Responsible for the processing of customer orders, purchase orders to suppliers, delivery notes, organising deliveries and completion of all relevant paperwork up to invoice stage.

Undertake routine weekly fire alarm testing and monthly in-house checks and monitoring in line with H&S e.g. MWF.

Maintaining relevant records, H&S checklist and HR training matrix.

Assisting with Document Review including Supplier/Manufacturer certification as well as Customer GA Drawings ensuring they are correct for the project requirements.

Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

Be willing to undertake any training required to fulfil the job. This includes training and gaining certification in use of Forklift Truck and Overhead Crane.

Strong organisational and planning skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts an advantage.

Can do attitude with a willingness to spend time in the workshop.

Enthusiasm to learn new skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
