Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Perform assigned side work, including to-go containers and bags Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual Prepare all condiments, sauces and garnishes for dishes Prepare all paper and linen under liners Stock all kitchen printers with thermal and 2 ply paper Possess full menu knowledge and ability to verbal it to the guests Possess knowledge of floor plan and daily stations Possess knowledge of table numbers and seat numbers Execute food delivery in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner Assist servers and commis when necessary Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor Act professional and accommodating and always maintain your composure

What are we looking for?

Fluent in English No previous restaurant experience required Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Organised and able to react quickly Be able to lift, reach, bend and stand up lifting up to 40 pounds

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
