Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
Lead the creation of innovative product or service offerings in collaboration with relevant departments.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track sales activities, analyse data, and generate insights for decision-making.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align development initiatives with organisational objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Prepare detailed reports on development progress, sales pipelines, and market opportunities for senior management.
Lead negotiations for major contracts or partnerships, ensuring favourable terms for the organisation.
Requirements
Proven experience in a development or business growth role, ideally within a related industry sector.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software; experience in managing large datasets is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
