Carlisle Fresh Foods is seeking a Butcher to join our team in Ballynahinch.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service Have practical ability to cut and prepare meat and poultry Maintain high store and department standards daily Merchandise and present the meat department to the highest standard Control stock rotation to ensure freshness and quality Stay informed about new products and initiatives Embrace new ways of working and continuous development
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 years' butchery experience (preferred), but full training will be offered Passionate about food and customer service Strong communication and numerical skills Team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Organised, flexible, and detail-oriented
