Craigie's Farm Deli and Cafe is located in the beautiful countryside between Queensferry and Edinburgh, but we are just 20 minutes from the city centre, so we have the best of both worlds!

Due to the current growth in our business and with one eye to the future we're looking for an experienced

full-time butcher

to join our busy and growing

farm shop

butchery team.

About the Role:


You'll be working on a high-quality butcher counter that's central to our farm shop, serving loyal customers with top-quality, locally sourced meat. The role involves

all aspects of traditional butchery

- from carcass breakdown and sausage making to counter preparation and customer service.

What We're Looking For:



Minimum 1 year's butchery experience

in a professional setting

Confident in all areas of butchery, including primal cuts, value-added products, and knife skills

A passion for high-quality produce and excellent customer service

Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to work in a clean, safe, and efficient manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.25-13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
