Kelly's Supermarkets is a family run business consisting of 13 stores based within the Mid-Ulster area.

A massive aspect of our business is our in-store Butchery and and chefs kitchen her in JC Stewarts. Here we manufacture and produce meat for our counter, pre-pack shelves and for our production kitchens.

We are asking for a qualified butcher that is looking to be apart of our growing butchers team.

Candidates will be contracted to 40 hours minimum per week. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Utilise butchery skills to prepare and portion meat products for sale. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of meat products. Utilise culinary experience to enhance the presentation and flavour of meat cuts. Apply food production knowledge to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels. Provide excellent customer service and meet operational needs.

Qualifications

Food preparation and butchery skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Experience in food production and butchery settings Previous restaurant or kitchen experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
