We're looking for a confident, personable

Butchery Sales Assistant

to join our busy, customer-focused team. This is a front-of-house role, perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands good sales, and takes pride in delivering great service.

You'll be the face of the counter -- engaging with customers, offering advice, and helping them get the most from their shop. Full training on meat cuts, products, and butchery knowledge will be provided, so previous butchery experience is

Key Responsibilities

Serving customers at the counter in a friendly, professional manner Confidently speaking with customers and building rapport Upselling and cross-selling products where appropriate Advising customers on portion sizes, meal ideas, and product options Handling payments and operating the till Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable speaking to customers Friendly, approachable, and personable Previous retail or sales experience preferred (but not essential) A natural ability to spot opportunities to add value to a customer's shop Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Willingness to learn -- full training on cuts, products, and butchery provided
