We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Butcher Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our butcher shop. Duties

Supervise daily operations of the butcher shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock to maintain optimal supplies. Oversee food preparation and butchery processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Train and mentor staff in butchery techniques, food preparation, and customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop, adhering to health and safety standards. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, with a strong background in butchery and culinary practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the business needs.
