What You'll Be Doing
Assisting our skilled butchers with the preparation and presentation of products
Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Offering friendly, knowledgeable service and advice at the counter
Managing stock rotation and keeping displays fresh and enticing
Supporting with deliveries, storage and accurate labelling
What We're Looking For
Previous butchery experience
Genuine interest in food, quality produce and craft butchery
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
A team player who can also work confidently on their own
Solid communication and customer service skills
