Responsibilities
Bone carcasses of meat
Support food production processes,
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage of perishable goods
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of quality meat
Drive a mobile van around serving the public for 2 days a week
Preparing and delivering orders
Requirements
Previous experience in food production,
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
Skills in food preparation, butchery,
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Relevant experience in food service or related fields is advantageous
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Clean driving license
