We are seeking a skilled Person to join our team in Rugby. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to deliver exceptional meat products while upholding our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Oversee food production processes ensuring high standards of quality Prepare and process various meat products according to recipes Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency Assist in butchery tasks as required Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Participate in training new staff on food preparation techniques Contribute ideas for product development and improvement Cooking of Pies and Cooked Meats

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production or butchery Strong knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work effectively within a team environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
