Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Butcher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food preparation, ensuring high-quality cuts of meat for our customers. We are open to both

Full and Part-Time.

Responsibilities

:

- Prepare and portion meat cuts according to customer preferences

- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products

- Uphold strict food safety standards and practices

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the butcher area

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements

:

- Proven experience as a Butcher or similar. 2 years minimum.

- Proficiency in butchery techniques and knowledge of different cuts of meat

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations

- Ability to work efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
