Butcher's Shop Assistant - Allestree, Derby (Part-Time)

Join a friendly, local team in a proud, family-run business! We're a small, privately-owned butcher's shop based at Park Farm, known for our high-quality meats and excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for a

Butcher's Shop Assistant

to join our team and help us deliver a top-notch experience to our customers.

About the Role:

Assisting customers with their purchases in a polite and professional manner Weighing, wrapping, and labelling meat products Supporting the butcher with food preparation and basic meat handling Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
What We're Looking For:

Experience in food preparation is essential Friendly, reliable, and confident in a customer-facing role A team player with a positive attitude Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn Must be punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented Saturday and alternate Sunday working is essential
Hours:

Flexible hours available but

must be available on Saturdays and every other Sunday.

Location:

Allestree, Derby

Pay:

Competitive and based on experience.
