Butchery Assistant - Part-Time (Permanent)

Location: Balgove Larder, St Andrews

Hours: 25 hours per week (including weekends on a rota basis)

Contract: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting our skilled butchers with preparation and presentation of meat products

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area

Providing excellent customer service and advice to customers at the counter

Managing stock rotation and keeping displays fresh and well-stocked

Supporting with deliveries, storage, and labelling of produce

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in butchery, food, and quality produce

Previous experience in a butchery required

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Good communication and customer service skills
