Turnbull's Northumbrian Food are looking for a

Temporary Butchery Counter Assistant

. Someone with a

passion for great food

, excellent

customer service skills

, and a

positive, can-do attitude

. Previous experience in food retail, butchery, or hospitality would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner. Preparing and packing customer orders. Helping to maintain stock levels & rotation Upholding food hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning standards Supporting the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

About You:

Friendly, approachable, and well-presented Passionate about quality food and local produce Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Able to work well under pressure during busy periods
